HI-LO Returns To Drumcode With Ambient-Techno Banger ‘CRESCENDO’

Since his explosion in late 2019 and early 2020, Oliver Heldens alias, HI-LO, has only released bangers. Always showing his inexplicable strength and power in each of his releases, we can say that he is currently one of the most outstanding talents in the techno scene. Following previous great releases such as ‘Brazil‘ and ‘Bonzai‘ he returns to Adam Beyer‘s Drumcode with the big head heater ‘CRESCENDO‘ available on all platforms.

For several years we have seen the name of Oliver Heldens circling among the big festival billboards, but lately, his more obscure alias HI-LO is giving something to talk about in the fascinating and newly known dimension among the new generations of techno. This has also been seen on releases ranging from Reinier Zonneveld’s Filth On Acid to Drumcode and Mau5trap.

HI-LO CRESCENDO

After an incredible debut on Drumcode with ‘Hypnos‘ almost two years ago, the Dutch DJ and producer returns with ‘CRESCENDO’, a single that became one of the most anticipated by the public since his B2B with Testpilot at Ultra Music Festival Miami 2023 This theme paused for a moment the exploration towards more trance sounds, listened in ‘Bonzai’ for example, to give us a complete journey towards the hardest and most devastating beats that he could give us throughout this year.

The beat is strong and assertive, showing from the first minute the HI-LO signature sound (industrial and raw elements from techno with organic percussions). While you get distracted by the top-notch sounds, the intertwining ambient sound contorts in the background, offering an immersive, complete, and engaging experience.
