After teasing multiple snippets on Instagram, Lil Ot finally delivers his debut single "First Day Out", he brings a smooth melodic hood anthem that has the entire city waiting for more. From the start of the song, you can hear the pain and struggle getting him to the point he's at in his life and letting everyone know he is here to stay.
