The third and last Armin van Buuren ASOT Utrecht set was just uploaded to YouTube, following the previous Reflexion set and the Friday Classics one.
ASOT fans, summoning you all once again! As mentioned in previous articles, Armin van Buuren‘s iconic radioshow ‘A State Of Trance‘ celebrated its 1000th episode with a jaw-dropping weekend event in Utrecht, Netherlands a couple days ago. Ruben de Ronde, Ciaran McAuley, Ferry Corsten, Sneijder, and many others topped the lineup for a party that promised to live up to the milestone it would pay tribute to. And it sure did.
Top-notch production with lights, lasers, smoke, fire, and, of course, fantastic music, defined the quality of the ASOT Celebration Weekend. Its host, AVB, didn’t disappoint either. With three sets played during the event, Armin made sure to let everyone know how versatile he’s got over the years, with Big Room Trance, Classics, Remixes, and much more that he delivered from the booth.
The last Armin set pending to be uploaded is already up on the A State Of Trance YouTube channel, and it is his Sphere Stage set, the stage which saw the following artists play alongside him: Ahmed Helmy, Andrew Rayel, Ben Gold, Bryan Kearney, Cosmic Gate, Guiseppe Ottaviani (Live 3.0), Will Atkinson.
His hourlong set contained tons of remixed classics such as Blastoyz‘s remix of Above & Beyond‘s ‘Sun & Moon‘, Maarten De Jong‘s remix of the timeless ‘Solarcoaster‘, and an ID remix for ‘Universal Nation‘ by Push. He also played some interesting tracks, such as a Trance bootleg for Tinlicker‘s ‘Be Here And Now‘.
