Ticketing platform DICE is continuing its expansion by partnering with one of the most acclaimed venues in the US – none other than Club Space in Miami. Starting Wednesday, June 22, all ticketing for events at Club Space will be handled exclusively through DICE. Club Space went public about the partnership on Friday.
“Moving into the future with YOU in mind. We are proud to introduce our official ticketing partnership with DICE!” the club posted on Instagram. “A secure and simple platform for all your #SpaceInvader ticketing needs.”
DICE keeps tickets secure by having users activate a QR code when they are entering a venue. Tickets must be scanned on the app and screenshots are not valid. The app seeks to eliminate ticket scamming with a waitlist option for resales. It allows users safely transfer tickets. One of the features fans most appreciate is “fair pricing”. DICE lists the final price of tickets including fees up front, with no added charges upon checkout. Users can also favorite events they are considering, and can see all their past shows.
Since 2019, DICE has become widely used in big markets in the US including New York City and Los Angeles. Miami, as one of the dance music capitals in America, was a logical next move.
“Miami’s wonderfully diverse music scene, from Latin to House, has always been on our mind as we bring our connected event discovery and ticketing experience to more fans across the US,” said DICE President Russ Tannen.
“Our launch partners Club Space have been an institution in the Miami scene for over two decades, and are globally recognized as one of the worlds best clubs. DICE is ready for Miami and fans in Miami are ready for DICE.”
Club Space co-owner Coloma Kaboomsky said he is “delighted” to be partnering with DICE.
“They are a safe and fun way for the members of our community to get tickets to our events,” said Kaboomsky. “Their platform offers phenomenal technology and programming in line with our vision of the future and for the present what is most important, 24/7 customer service.”
Club Space, with a capacity of 2,000, hosts more than 150 events every year. Some of the first events to be ticketed through DICE are PAWSA on June 25, Vintage Culture on July 4 and Bonobo on October 1. All tickets previously purchased on Eventbrite will still be valid.
