After listing his Beverly Hills mansion back in 2021, Zedd has finally sold the property for a whopping $18.4 million. The home sold to the Emmy Award-winning creator of black-ish, Kenya Barris.
The 3.2-acre property boasts 11,00 square feet, five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, two built-in Korean bbq charcoal grills, an enormous master suite with a private terrace and fireplace, an indoor/outdoor gym and garden, and a custom-designed movie theater.
Zedd first purchased the property back in 2018 for $16 million, and provided an in-depth tour on Architectural Digest in 2018, showing off the personal touches he’s added, including a billiard room, music studio, the movie theater, and more.
Check out the full Architectural Digest tour of the mansion here, and prepare to be awed. Truly a one-of-a-kind home, we can only hope the new owner and future buyers appreciate the level of detail that’s gone into it.
