City Miami police ficer Adrian Santos has been after allegedly being caught with cocaine inside E11even nightclub.
The ficer was f duty when he was spotted with a baggie containing “a white powdery substance,” to ficials. Then, he was then seen “inhaling some the powder.” Apparently the nightclub’s surveillance video backs up the claims as well.
Santos surrendered to his own force and has been relieved his duties pending termination — a termination he plans to appeal after being with the City Miami police department for two and a half years.
State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle said in a :
“Every police ficer who has taken an oath to enforce the law, also has a duty to respect and follow the law. There are no exceptions. Today’s charges come after a vigorous criminal investigation undertaken by the Miami Police Department and the State Attorney’s Office aimed at ensuring the integrity our law enforcement community.”
