Marshmello is adding another pop icon to his list of genre-bending collaborations. Out now is his single ‘Too Much‘ featuring Imanbek and Usher. The masked producer is no rookie to the music-making game.
Imanbek made his mark with his remix of SAINt JHN’s ‘Roses’, giving his flair to this track. Usher adds the soulful vocals to the upbeat mix as well. An interesting trio to say the least, but hey it works. Each of their personal styles combines for the house vibe, the bassline work, and the symphony of electronic synths. What you get is a radio-ready dance hit, doubling as an emotional anthem. The song is about being there for the one you love.
Find your mood lifted and your dancing fix alleviated with this one. Like most tracks from Marshmello, we can anticipate this topping charts. Fresh off his last collaboration with Demi Lovato and ‘OK Not To Be Ok‘, there is surely more to come. If you’re following the Joytime Collective label, you’ll see the slew of releases that have come out.
Pairing new music to unique music videos is another thing the Mello man does. Tune in to the official video here, and enter a world where virtual-meets-reality. Usher is also the star in it. Combat meets chaos and cars with an unexpected ending, and only you can witness it to believe it. Christian Breslauer directed the video and has done numerous pieces for Tiësto, Roddy Ricch, Jason Derulo, and more.
As the lyrics go, there is no such thing as too much anything. Listen to the trio’s new single below.
