Lilly Palmer is back in action, and we couldn’t be happier. The last time we wrote about Palmer, it was in regards to her ‘We Control EP‘ which was released on Adam Beyer‘s Drumcode this took place back in March of this year. Today, we bring you more news of Lilly’s music, albeit in a different fashion. The news is that of Palmer’s newest BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix. If you’re a fan of techno, or just Lilly Palmer, you’re going to want to check this one out.
Over the course of her two hour long essential mix, Palmer flexes her DJ chops in a way that only the best can. We see her drop originals, as well as remixes, and everything in between. Her setlist features tunes from techno titans such as Sam Paganini, HI-LO, and Victor Ruiz. In addition to this, she drops bombs from Alan Fitzpatrick & Rebūke, and a handful from Egbert. With a setlist 28 tracks deep, Lilly’s Essential Mix has a little bit of everything, for everyone. Having said that, the mix is just shy of two hours long.
