Its always a nice feeling to see new artists debuting. Today, we get to experience this feeling thanks to New York City‘s Jon Suarez. In 2020, we saw Suarez independently release his first EP, ‘Rhythm & Beats‘. Earlier this year, we saw him release a collaboration with Frank Nitty on Robbie Rivera‘s label, Juicy Music, called ‘Disco Lights’. Now, we get to see Suarez spread his wings, drop his debut solo track, by the way his new house tune, titled ‘Worry ‘Bout‘.
When asked about ‘Worry ‘Bout‘, Suarez had the following to say:
“I’m honored to be aligned with such an iconic name as Fedde Le Grand and [his label] “Darklight Recordings,”
“Every DJ dreams to be signed and [to] have their music supported by the biggest artists in the world…
.. I’m proud to release my first two songs this year as a Darklight Recordings artist.”
He continues:
“‘Worry ‘Bout’ is a very special track to me,”
“Although I released ‘Disco Lights’ prior to this, Worry ‘Bout was the first song I ever signed to a major record label [alone]. The groove and drums are insane and as life starts to get back to normal I can’t wait to see reactions to it on the dance floor.”
If you’re into driving bass lines & punchy kicks, then this is definitely a track for you. With that being said, be sure to check it out. With a runtime of 2:50, this is a short one. Despite this, this is a track that I can’t wait to hear on a dance floor somewhere. Jon Suarez debut single ‘Worry ‘Bout‘ is out now on Darklight Recordings, and can be streamed below, enjoy.
