A new Ibiza club is set to open in the location of the beloved HEART club/restaurant which closed in 2019. Run by the team behind central London’s upscale Chinese restaurant Park Chinois, Island Hospitality is bringing a decadent, 1930s-inspired, concept to the island in the form of Club Chinois. (Chinois is French for Chinese)
The venue has undergone a renovation and has been completely reimagined from top to bottom, with inspiration taken from the iniquitous jazz clubs found in Shanghai during the 30s. The robust interior will transport guests to a unique nexus of East and West and now has a capacity of 1,000. Club Chinois aims to invite a range of DJs, live musicians and performers. At the time of publishing, there has been no word on programming for its opening party on June 17th.
