After almost a year, David Guetta just revived his House alias, Jack Back, with ‘I’ve Been Missing You.’ A collaboration with groove master Guz and industry veteran Ferreck Dawn, ‘I’ve Been Missing You’ is the House track we’ve been missing. The single highlights a vintage house sound. The result? A bouncy, piano-laden progression designed to get dance floors moving across the globe this summer.
“I’m so proud of how ‘I’ve Been Missing You’ turned out with Guz and Ferreck Dawn, and am thrilled to finally be sharing new Jack Back grooves with fans from around the world!”
– David Guetta
‘I’ve Been Missing You’ follows Jack Back’s August 2020 rework of Joel Corry’s, ‘Head & Heart.’ The producer also teased a number of IDs under his House alias during his New Year’s live stream set for Tomorrowland’s Around The World. Jack Back releases are few and far between, but David Guetta himself has remained active throughout the last year. Just this year, he gave us tracks like ‘Remember‘ with Becky Hill, ‘Heartbreak Anthem‘ with Galantis and Little Mix, ‘Hero‘ with Afrojack, and many more.
It may be awhile until we get another Jack Back release, so in the meantime, ‘I’ve Been Missing You’ is out now via Spinnin’ Records. Check it out below!
