Charlotte de Witte Makes History as First Female to Close out Movement’s Main Stage

Charlotte de Witte just made history by becoming the first female to close out Movement’s main stage in the festival’s 23-year history. If that wasn’t enough of an achievement, the techno producer also made history last year as the first female artist to close out Tomorrowland’s main stage.

De Witte closed out Sunday night of Movement, which took place May 27th-29th in Detroit. This year’s stellar lineup featured a long list of industry icons including Underworld, Skrillex, Green Velvet, Kaskade, Robert Hood, Ben UFO, and more. Before delivering a stunning 90-minute set and making history, de Witte shared the excitement of the milestone on her socials:

Next up for this record-breaking DJ/producer is Primavera Sound in Spain and Ultra Europe in Croatia, to name just a few. You can see her full touring schedule and get ticket info here.
