Selah Sue has unveiled a new collaborative chapter with the release of ‘Another Way’, recorded alongside father-son duo The Gallands. The track arrives as the opening single from their forthcoming album 'Movin'', due 20 March via Because Music.

Created with celebrated jazz drummer Stéphane Galland and his son, producer and keyboardist Elvin Galland, the song marks a shift toward a more collaborative approach for the Belgian soul-pop artist. Built on warm Rhodes keys, restrained percussion and spacious arrangements, ‘Another Way’ places Selah Sue’s voice at the centre of an organic, jazz-leaning soundscape.

The partnership began in 2025 when Stéphane Galland invited Selah Sue to join him for a special project at Jazz Middelheim festival in Antwerp. What started as a one-off performance soon evolved into a full album recorded across several Brussels studios and home sessions.

Written during a difficult period for the singer, ‘Another Way’ reflects a search for clarity and renewal. Selah Sue has described the song as “a call for trust” - a moment of letting go and allowing life to take a different path.

Mixed by acclaimed producer Russell Elevado, 'Movin’' captures the trio’s spontaneous chemistry, blending jazz textures, soul melodies and reflective songwriting.

Selah Sue and The Gallands will take the project on the road with a European tour beginning this month.
