The Amelie Lens label Exhale released an extensive artist compilation called ‘Together With Ukraine‘. This work brings together several long-standing techno stars and several trailblazers as well to express their support for Ukraine.
The critical situation in Ukraine and Russia has allowed the music scene to come together more strongly than ever to find thousands of ways to support the thousands affected. Among them are several techno artists who with their music are doing everything possible to help. Amelie Lens invited both artists signed to her label and well-known names from the scene to present a way to join the efforts to help people impacted by the conflict. Some names we can see are Farrago, Milo Spykers, SHDW & Obscure Shape, AIROD, and Paula Temple.
Some songs are as energetic as Sara Landry’s track “Rupture” along with AIROD’s hard track “Unity“. Amelie herself kicked off the compilation with a rework of “Purge,” the B-side she produced with Farrago back in 2017. The new version reflects a more current and foreboding sound.
The beneficiary organization will be The Ministry Of Social Policy, which will provide Ukrainians with food, medical care, financial support, among other things. We can find the compilation for sale on Bandcamp, but you can also stream it on Soundcloud.
